Shipping:
Please call us anytime if you have questions or concerns and we will try to help. All of our urns are shipped by USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post (your choice). Usually, it is least expensive to ship a single urn by Priority Mail Flat Rate Box.
The USPS will usually deliver your urn in 2-3 days by Priority Mail and 2-7 days by Parcel Post.
Payment Methods:
I use a Shopping Cart for the check out process. Paypal will process your payment. They offer payment by any credit card/bank account or you may use PayPal Express to use your PayPal account balance. PayPal is very secure (VeriSign Secured) and simple to use.

You do not need to have a PayPal Account.
- You may pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Echeck, Bank Debit Card or PayPal balance.
- You may call your order directly to us @ 1-877-222-0762. We can process your Visa, Mastercard or Discover card over the phone.
- We will also accept Cashier's Check or Money Order. Use our shopping cart to place your order and select pay by check/money order. Orders by personal checks will be held for 5 days.
- You may print out our order form and mail it to us with your payment.
Multiple Urn Purchases and Wholesalers
We will give a 10% discount for purchases of 4 or more urns. For large quantities please contact us for shipping charges. Please email us to receive discount. We will send you the total amount with shipping to be paid less the 10% discount.

Returns and Exchanges:
Your urn will be shipped within 5 business days by USPS. Insurance is optional but recommended-we are not responsible for damage or lost items by the USPS. You will receive an email from USPS when your urn is shipped.
We will accept returns for exchange for another urn if returned within 7 days of receiving it. You must notify us before shipping. Buyer pays additional shipping costs and any additional urn cost (i.e. exchanging for a larger size). Urn must be returned in the same condition as received. Please notify us right away of any problems and we will make every effort to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Each custom made urn is unique and made just for your pet. Wood color, tone and grains may vary. Our premium hand selected hardwoods are finished with a natural stain to enhance the woods natural beauty. Your pet's urn may vary in color and grain from the picture shown here in this listing. No two urns are the same. If you plan to order multiple urns-please purchase them at the same time, we will attempt to use similar wood color and grain but we can not guarantee that they will match perfectly.
A special note to our customers:
It is very hard to lose a beloved pet-but we can assure you that you are buying a premium Pet Photo Urn made with the same care that we would give in making a cremation urn for one of our pets. These are photographs of our pets that have passed-so we understand. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have in regards to purchasing one of our handcrafted urns for your beloved pet.
